We have all of the gear/equipment you’d need; Thai bags, boxing bags, Thai pads, high quality anti-microbial mats, training knives & sticks, focus mitts, kicking/striking pads, headgear, gloves, shin guards, etc., but we do suggest you have your own gloves (boxing gloves and/or MMA gloves) and mouth piece, although most training will not require the use of gloves and mouthguards are only needed for sparring or serious rolling.

Styles/concepts involved are; Jeet Kune Do (JKD), Progressive systems, Modern Arnis, Kali, Wing Chun, Muay Thai, Boxing, Brazilian JuiJutsu & traditional JuiJutsu, Chin Na, Krav Maga, among other styles. This includes both empty hand as well as weapons training. We do offer sparring if you’d want to do it. We have a solid group of people to train with, but we also do private/individual lessons.

Relaxed, friendly environment; No attitudes, no violent people, no meth heads; Just a place for people to train that are into it and want to make it real. We train specific curriculum as well as work within those concepts to actual applications, but we also have fun doing it. We typically train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6PM until 9PM or so, depending on the group size and how late people can stay (some arrive earlier or later than others).
